Booking And Payment

Booking

  1. All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone/WhatsApp.
  2. When booking, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, pickup and drop-off locations, and any special requirements.

Payment

  1. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.
  2. For our new clients, we kindly request that full payment to be made a minimum of 24 hours inadvance of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to ensure seamless and reliable service while establishing trust with our first-time customers. Once the payment is received, your booking will proceed, and you can enjoy the full VIP Chauffeurs experience with peace of mind.
  3. For corporate accounts and regular clients, invoicing options are available. Please contact us for more information.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellation

  1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
  2. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be fully refunded.
  3. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be
    subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation notice.

Service Usage

Passenger Responsibilities

  1. Passengers must ensure they are ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time.
  2. Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the journey.
  3. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. VIP Chauffeurs is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
  4. Is someone get sick in the car will be charged with 100£ for cleaning.
  5. If someone damage anything in car will be responsible to pay for all off the damage.

Driver Responsibilities

  1. Our drivers are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional service.
  2. Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, abusive, or poses a safety risk.

Liability

  1. VIP Chauffeurs will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  2. We are not responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Privacy And Data Protection
